Genomics Exchange¶
The Genomics Exchange is a biweekly workshop series covering practical HPC skills for genomics researchers. Organized by Arun Seetharam, the series runs on alternating Tuesday's 10 AM (ET) during the Spring 2026 semester.
Each session pairs a short lecture with a hands-on walkthrough. The full guide for each topic lives in the Life Sciences section; the session pages below link to the guide, provide the recording and slides, and host any session-specific data bundles.
