Genomics Exchange¶
The Genomics Exchange is a workshop series covering practical HPC skills for genomics researchers. Organized by Arun Seetharam, sessions run online on Tuesdays during the semester, and each lasts 60 minutes.
Each session pairs a short lecture with a hands-on walkthrough. The full guide for each topic lives in the Life Sciences section; the session pages link to the guide, provide the recording and slides, and host any session-specific data bundles.
Current season: Fall 2026¶
